Component-level drone repair

Drone repair in Antwerp

Heavy aircraft from the port, and they fall hard.

  • ProvinceAntwerp

  • WarrantyTwelve months

The heaviest equipment we receive comes from Antwerp. The port and petrochemical industry work with Matrice aircraft and Zenmuse payloads for tank inspection, thermal imaging and safety rounds. These are aircraft worth several thousand euros, where a replacement board alone costs more than a complete Mini.

That is exactly where component-level repair is the difference between a two-hundred-euro invoice and a twelve-hundred-euro one. We open the aircraft, measure the board and replace what has failed. We also see a lot of urban flying from Antwerp: tight spaces between buildings, unpredictable wind along facades, and aircraft that touched something as a result.

For businesses we include a photo report with the invoice, usable for your insurer.

Repairs

What reaches us most often from this region

Mainboard and flight controller

Broken traces, burnt components, memory shaken loose. We solder on the board itself rather than replacing it, even when the part is no longer supplied.

Motors and ESCs

A motor that stutters, an arm that will not spin up, controllers blown after a crash. We replace the failed component, not the whole module.

Gimbal and camera

Small motors that keep shaking, ribbons torn at the fold, an image hanging crooked or soft on one side. Often the result of thousands of folds.
