Small motors that keep shaking, ribbons torn at the fold, an image hanging crooked or soft on one side. Often the result of thousands of folds.
A motor that stutters, an arm that will not spin up, controllers blown after a crash. We replace the failed component, not the whole module.
Cells out of balance, a loose charging port, aircraft that shut down after a minute. We measure every cell separately and tell you honestly whether replacing is better.
Broken arms, hinges with play, a cracked underside after a hard landing. Usually the most visible damage and rarely the most expensive.
Out of a ditch, a pond or the North Sea. Fast ultrasonic cleaning is the difference here between saving and binning. Do not switch the aircraft on to test it.
Aircraft frozen during an update, activation that keeps failing, error messages that keep returning. Often solved without replacing anything at all.
IMU and compass that refuse to calibrate, obstacle sensors giving constant false alarms, an aircraft that hangs crooked in flight.
