What customers ask us most.
Not listed? Ask anyway. You get an answer within one working day, from the person who opens the aircraft.
I live in Wallonia or Brussels, is that possible?
Yes. We work for the whole country and correspond in Dutch, French and English. For shipping your postcode makes no difference: the same label, the same turnaround.
Can I simply drop by with my drone?
Stadenstraat 35 is a workshop, not a shop. There is no counter and no fixed opening hours for visits. Sending works faster and lets us plan the work better. If it really has to be in person, call for an appointment.
And if my aircraft cannot be repaired?
You hear that with photos to back it up, and you pay only the inspection. You then choose: the aircraft comes back, or we have it recycled properly and keep the still-usable parts for other repairs.
Do I lose my manufacturer warranty?
If your aircraft is still under manufacturer warranty, send it there first. We come into play once that warranty has expired, or when the manufacturer refuses the repair, swaps the aircraft for a refurbished one, or quotes a price close to a new machine.
Is my footage kept?
Preferably take the memory card out before sending. If the aircraft has internal storage, we do not touch it unless you explicitly ask us to recover files. That is separate specialist work and is charged separately.
How long does it really take?
Five working days after your approval is what we hit for common repairs. If a part has to be ordered that is not in stock, you hear that the same day, together with a new date.
Do you work for companies and schools too?
Yes. If you fly several aircraft for inspection, agriculture, media or education, we can agree fixed rates and a replacement aircraft. Quarterly invoicing is negotiable. Contact us by phone for that.
Do you accept brands other than DJI?
Yes. Autel, Parrot, Skydio, HoverAir and home-built FPV arrive here just as readily, along with controllers, goggles and batteries. For less common brands sourcing a part sometimes takes longer; we say so up front.
Ready to send your aircraft?
Briefly describe what is wrong. Within one working day you will know what it probably is and roughly what it costs.
