DroneMedic
How it works

From request to back in the air.

Four steps, no surprises. You only decide once you know what is wrong and what it costs.

Steps

What happens after you send

1

Tell us what happened

Fill in the form or call. Within one working day you get an answer with a first estimate and a shipping label.

2

Send the aircraft

Batteries can come with it, but not loose in the box. The confirmation email explains exactly how to pack.

3

You hear what is wrong

We open the aircraft, take measurements and send photos of what we found with a fixed price. We only start after your go-ahead.

4

Back with you

On average five working days after your approval, tested on a real flight outdoors and returned insured.

Commitments

What you can count on

Twelve months on our work

The warranty covers the repair itself and every part we fit. New damage or a new crash falls outside it, logically, and we say so up front.

Original parts where possible

We buy from the manufacturer as long as they supply. Where that fails, we name the alternative and explain why we consider it acceptable.

No approval, no repair

If you find the price too high, we send the aircraft back untouched and you pay only the inspection. Nothing is ever done that you have not seen in writing.

Questions

What customers ask us most

I live in Wallonia or Brussels, is that possible?

Yes. We work for the whole country and correspond in Dutch, French and English. For shipping your postcode makes no difference: the same label, the same turnaround.

Can I simply drop by with my drone?

Stadenstraat 35 is a workshop, not a shop. There is no counter and no fixed opening hours for visits. Sending works faster and lets us plan the work better. If it really has to be in person, call for an appointment.

And if my aircraft cannot be repaired?

You hear that with photos to back it up, and you pay only the inspection. You then choose: the aircraft comes back, or we have it recycled properly and keep the still-usable parts for other repairs.

Do I lose my manufacturer warranty?

If your aircraft is still under manufacturer warranty, send it there first. We come into play once that warranty has expired, or when the manufacturer refuses the repair, swaps the aircraft for a refurbished one, or quotes a price close to a new machine.

Is my footage kept?

Preferably take the memory card out before sending. If the aircraft has internal storage, we do not touch it unless you explicitly ask us to recover files. That is separate specialist work and is charged separately.

Ready to send your aircraft?

Briefly describe what is wrong. Within one working day you will know what it probably is and roughly what it costs.
