With Enterprise equipment the arithmetic changes completely. A replacement mainboard for a Matrice costs more than a complete Mini, and a Zenmuse payload is an investment in itself. That is exactly why component-level repair is worth most here: the difference between a two-hundred-euro invoice and one over a thousand.
This equipment also runs differently. Inspection flights are long, motors and controllers sit under load for hours, and the electronics get hot and stay hot. What reaches us is rarely a broken arm and usually an electronic fault: a controller that failed after months, a board that will not boot after overheating, a payload that no longer passes an image.
